Mandrel tube banding
We use a modern machine with mandrel for bending thin-walled tubes. This enables us any king of 3D bends. The machines precision is 0.1 degree and 0.2 degree rotation in the area. We can bend round tubes in diameter from 6 to 50 mm, square 30 x 30 mm and rectangular 40 x 20 mm. With mandrel we ensure all bends are round, not flattend and material does not shrunk. We can bend steel, stainless steel, aluminum and copper.
Thick-walled tubes bending
The machine can bend thick-walled tubes up to 60 x 4 mm diameter. Possible radius is between 0 and 210 degrees with precision of 0.5 degrees.
Roll bending
We can bend tubes into circles, spirals and larger arcs. The machine can bend round tubes from 10 up to 60 mm diameter, square up to 60 x 60 mm and rectangular up to 60 x 40 mm.
Macri Provar 6 Axis - Series 45
For tube bendign we are using automated Provar 6 Axis - Series 45 6 meter machine. It allows bending by two arc radii and having a variable radius. We can bend tubes up to 45mm diameter.
